About Us

Highmoor ASH was incorporated in 2011 with the purpose to provide project management and supervision skills needed for civil engineering construction projects. Our unique selling point being that we are not employees; we are there for the duration only as needed. This is opposed to clients having their own specialist engineers from existing resource and negates the need to hire new permanent staff.
Our owners and Directors are Ann and Steve Honey. Steve has been working in a site supervision and management role on major civil engineering project since 1978, therefore has a vast amount of experience. Ann has been involved in project management for the last 18 years and administers our business end of operations.
We bring together the site team using independent engineers working under our procedures and requirements as needed by our clients, this is where we have increasing flexibility in our delivery. We know their strengths and how these will supplement or fill the team for the project to be undertaken.
